Damn You, Psychic Vampires!

Yippie! I'm at home again. For those keeping score. That's two nights in a row I've been at home and I'm all by myself. I probably won't stay up super late like I did yesterday. That's mostly because I was able to wind down yesterday and get my personal headspace back. So, I've just been sitting here and doing a little reading online. Nothing overly spectacular.

I ran into the guy who's going to put the engine in my Shadow. Looks like he'll be picking up the engine from the wreckers on Saturday. This could possibly mean he would swap the engines on Sunday. I could be driving by Monday. That would be AWESOME. I miss not having a car. Actually, I'm going crazy but I'm trying not to show it.

I really do appreciate what Samantha has been doing for me. Giving me rides to and from work, She's the best. I am trying not to feel any guilt for needing my own space. It's just a personal thing. Together time and Seperate time are so vitally important to me. I'm very aware of the fact I often get people overload from work. I get it so much that I can't stand having people around me when I am away from work. Dealing with the general public takes a toll on you like pretty much nothing else. Damn those Psychic Vampires!

I've got to make sure that I take a tape measure into work with me. I can then add some dimensions to the drawings for the cabinet at work that needs to be made. I also brought home a schedule of our events for this month I want to do up a PowerPoint Presentation that promos all our events since our Computerized Blower has that capability. I am not going to do anything that fancy, just the basics. I think since we've never had anything like even basics will look really neat. We can always build off that as we go along. I've always enjoyed using equipment to it's upmost capabilities.

I think it might save me an announcement or two or fifty. [Smirk]
