A Step

Well, I guess finally admitting and starting to deal with the fact I have some problems going on inside my head seems to have mellowed me a bit.

I've been much calmer the past two days. I made an appointment to see the Doc on Friday morning (tomorrow). We'll see how that goes.

Other than that. I've just been doing the day to day and waiting.

Nothing exciting about that.
