Here's a very rare visit to Diaryland where I don't have time to read my favourites but I need to make an entry. How's the for a switch.

I just got home from having coffee with Darlene. How's that for jumping on that coffee date idea I had in the wee hours this morning.

Darlene was totally on my wavelength. That means a whole bunch to me. To me it's just a sign that there really is something there between us even if we're doing our own things right now. I really do love her but I am not waiting around for her either. That's why it makes so much sense to tell her I've got women in my life and what's going on.

I told her that I had decided that this morning. That I don't really have that person I can talk to about these things. She's told me were buds. She likes to tell me these things about her life. So it's only fitting I do the same to her. She smiled at me and said "I want to hear those things, I'm interested in that."

It was a great conversation. Short by our standard only about an hour together. I talked about Saturday night and She talked about the most recent man in her life. We laughed together. It was all good.

Anyway, Nothing earth shattering but I wanted to make a note of this. Aren't you lucky?
