I was in Grade 7 once...

Ghad, I'm tired.

I did THE shortest gig of my life tonight. I played a whopping one hour and 30 minutes. It was a Grade 7 Graduation Party. I was the highlight of the evening. The MAIN EVENT if you will. I've never seen so many horny 12 yr olds in one room. I played ONE fast song and 15 of them came up one at a time asking for slow songs. I could have played ALL slow songs and they'd have been in love with Mr. DJ. The Principal magically appeared each time I played a slow song and made sure each couple was at least 4 inches away from one another. Poor kids. Meanwhile Mr. DJ is playing the most "sexual" type slow songs he can think of without tipping his hand too far that the chapperone's notice. Perhaps I have a cruel streak in me? Naaah.

Yesterday, I helped a friend put in a post in her yard. We picked the spot. Dug a 2 foot hole. Placed the pole and poured Cement into the hole. Let it set and filled the hole. It was cool. I had such a good time doing such a piddly little task. Although, it touch a bitter spot in me cause I was thinking how much I would have enjoyed doing stuff like that with Lisa but she always had to involve her dad instead of her and I doing it. Who cares if it's done right, just do it together and have some laughs. I like my new friend. I haven't thought up a pseudo for yet. I'll get there.

I also managed to make it to my therapist today. I'm gonna go once a month now. I think that'll work and it will give me a chance to progress inbetween visits. At least I'm feeling like I am headed in a good direction.
