Do I Need to Slap You?

Having gotten that last heavy entry out of my way. I feel it's time to return to my "normal" self.

I've always been a person who believes in accepting people as who they are. That we are all different and we shouldn't hate one another because someone isn't who we think they should be. Of course, Some people cash in on this sort of thinking. For those too lazy to click on the link, the story is about a resort in Mexico that caters to larger folk. I think that's pretty smart considering us North Americans need to be more honest with ourselves about our general size.

Anyway, I think if you're in business, you're smarter to make sure your business is flexible to different people's needs. It only makes sense, it gives you a bigger market in which to make money from.

We could apply this to our own personal lives too. We could be missing out on meeting or knowing an incredibly good person because that person isn't quite the up to our phyiscal expectations. That's seems so silly but their are people out there that think a person's body size relates to their self-worth and contribution to society and that's such utter bullshit I'd like to slap each and every person that thinks that way.

Anyway, I'm headed out of town so I wouldn't expect me to update in the near future unless I get my ass to a web cafe but don't get your hopes up.

When I come back, I should get my ass around to introducing a new character to my life/diary. I'm still toying with what I shall call her here. At the moment I'm thinking The Brain but I'll get back to ya on that.
