Nobody's Fault But Mine

Here I am. It's heading to the weekend of the 15th and I haven't heard yet whether I am on the street or if I somehow managed to win the arbitration.

Yeah, I figured I lost the Arbitration. The reason I think this is because the Arbitrator walked me through a few things like I was a small child of 9. One, She told me how sometimes two cats don't like each other and they won't use the same litter box. I didn't want to start refuting the Arbitrator with some simple facts. We're talking about a male and female cat. The only problem here could have been my male cat. Cause they said he was spraying. My Male Cat has grown up a variety of other animals and never exhibited spraying habits ever. 9 fucking years.

Anyway, Whatever. She also went on about how if the carpets had just recently been done if there was any crystalized pee in the carpets it would smell worse than ever. Too bad there wasn't an odor. Also too bad the damn contractor said he was in my unit a week prior to the carpets being done. Yet, stating in his letter the carpets were done that week. When they weren't, they were done the FOLLOWING damn week.

Argh.

I can't tell you how frustrating it is. I don't know what the motive behind the Contractor was in that claim. Why lie for them? Same with the two people from the Strata Council/Strata Management. They claimed there were wet spots on my carpet. I'd love to know WHERE. Cause their weren't any.

Oh well, Huge Learning Experience. I only have myself to blame really. It was my fault for not emptying the kitty litter. It's my fault for not lying my ass off to the Arbitrator about everything. It's a sad state of affairs when honesty gets you nowhere anymore.

I haven't seen the decision yet. That should be in the mail sometime this week.

I've been out looking at apartments. I've looked at about 3 places. I'm very limited in my choices because of the whole "I have a cat" scenerio. Just so many places don't take cats. But I'd rather drop dead then give up Flash. The other cat, she's on her way to the SPCA if none of my friends take her in. I know this sounds heartless and cruel but I never really wanted her to begin with. I'm just a sucker for animals.

There's more going on... I'll get to it in another entry. I don't want to bore my one reader to death in one LONG ass entry cause I haven't been doing regular entries.

Is it me or am I seeing a massive increase in the amount of SPAM people are mailing me via my diaryland address. GAH. I'm gonna have to actually turn a filter on and delete it on the fly. Andrew's awesome Spam assassin gets about 95% of the SPAM letters.
