X Marks The Spot

My weekend is quickly coming to an end. The Chick has already wandered off to bed because she'll be up much earlier than me to head off to the University. A few hours later I will be heading to work. Of course, she'll be home long before me. Wonder what I'll get for dinner? lol.

The garbage is waiting for me to take out to the curb. I am putting it off by doing this entry but I can't go to sleep without doing it. Sigh.

I didn't get anything accomplished Saturday or Sunday. I am not sure why. I'm going to have to start writing things down in terms of a to-do list I guess.

I was gonna make a comment about Minderella's entry regarding Making Love Vs. Sex. Mostly because my thoughts fall similiar to her's but I think I must be too lazy to bother. Maybe it takes too much work at this point in my day. In a nutshell though, I think people who require to know whether your "making love" to them instead of just having sex with them is an blatent insecurity.

I had a discussion with The Chick and another friend of hers about from When to When is Generation X. I really thought Gen X started in the early 60's and ended sometime in the 70's. I couldn't find anything to back this up and that most website I saw stated it was from 1961-1981. It seems a little long to me. My gf and I have 10 years between and I really feel she isn't really part of the same generation I am. She also went on to say "THEY" say that Generation X is "I want it NOW" generation. Which doesn't bode with me as much as I think Generation X is the "Angry" Generation. We're the ones feeling were getting screwed. Not only by following the Baby Boomers but my leading into Generation NEXT. Anyway, She was all proud that I couldn't prove she WASN'T part of Generation X.

I don't often lose arguements because I tend to look stuff up when I am not sure and verify what facts I think I know. Oh well, can't win 'em all.
